Project Requirements

The U.S. project needed a matte flat-bottom coffee pouch for a 12oz fill, with gravure artwork and a one-way degassing valve in a non-zipper format.

Packaging Approach

A MATOPP / VMPET / PE laminate was made into an 11 × 27.3 + 7 cm flat-bottom pouch and fitted with the valve.

Gravure Printing and Degassing Valve

The non-zipper flat-bottom pouch uses gravure printing and includes a degassing valve.

Project Result

The resulting package is an 11 × 27.3 + 7 cm matte flat-bottom pouch for a 12oz coffee fill. MATOPP / VMPET / PE, gravure artwork, a degassing valve and the non-zipper format define the completed specification.
