Production takes 7–12 days, followed by 7–10 days for shipping. We confirm the production schedule and delivery timeline with you before you place your order.

Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples of similar materials are available free of charge so you can check the material and finish. Custom samples are also available, with the custom sample fee refunded when you place a production order.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery with taxes included?
Yes. We offer door-to-door delivery with taxes included to the United States and Canada. Your quotation will clearly state the delivery arrangements and included charges.
