The Australian project needed a white-kraft stand-up coffee pouch with a PLA-based material structure, gravure-printed artwork and a bio-based one-way degassing valve.
A White Kraft Paper / PLA structure was converted into a 15 × 26 + 4 cm stand-up pouch and fitted with the specified valve.
The artwork was gravure printed before the white-kraft and PLA-based material was converted into the stand-up format. The bio-based one-way valve was incorporated into the pouch.
The finished pouch combines the white-kraft appearance, PLA-based structure and specified valve in the 15 × 26 + 4 cm stand-up format.
