Review finished size and pouch proportions against the specification.
Artwork & print alignment
Check approved artwork in relation to the bag layout.
Material structure
Confirm the specified laminate direction for the project.
Printing appearance
Review the printed result against the approved artwork plan.
Valve / zipper placement
Check functional features against the approved layout.
Seal areas
Review seal areas as part of the converted bag construction.
Bag construction
Check the selected format and functional configuration together.
Final specification consistency
Inspect finished production against the approved specification.

Materials & Functional Compatibility

Material structure, bag format, valves, closures, printing and finishes need to be reviewed together. A change to one part can affect artwork, placement, converting or the finished construction.

Certifications & Documentation

Certification and documentation requirements are reviewed according to the material structure, destination market and project requirements.

Supporting documents must be reviewed for the specific material structure, destination market and intended claim. A completed packaging project does not by itself demonstrate certification.
